5.
WARRANTY
FLAMEBOX products are manufactured following
strict quality control and carefully tested before
delivery. However, in the event of material or
manufacturing defects, you benefit from a 3-year
warranty as defined by current law.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase
of the product and assumes that it is used in
accordance with the instructions in the manual.
If the warranty is activated, Flamebox will only
repair or replace free of charge elements or parts
that are found to be defective, if normal use of the
equipment is observed and excludes any other type
of compensation.
The warranty is void if the product has been
damaged, used or maintained improperly.

manufacturing defects.
Parts subject to normal wear and tear and
therefore considered consumable parts (e.g. ash
grate, refractory plates, sealing beads, refractory
plate support rail) are not covered by warranty,
nor does it cover damage to fragile parts (e.g.,
glass, ventilation switch). Likewise, stains on the
paintwork, flaking resulting from thermal shocks or
excess temperature, or resulting from conflicts with
chemical products (e.g. glass cleaning liquid) are
excluded from the warranty.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by
incorrect application, misuse, modification or
removal of parts of the equipment, wear due to use,
burning of inadequate firewood (e.g. green, damp
firewood, wood with paints or varnishes, wood
pellets, etc.) and lack of maintenance.
Likewise, damage or malfunctions caused by
excess
temperature,
thunderstorms, bad weather or other external
factors are not covered by warranty.
The purchase invoice containing the date of
acquisition and the serial number, serves as proof
of the validity of the warranty, which must be
requested at the point of sale.
In the event of a legal dispute with Flamebox, the
courts of Leiria (Portugal) will have jurisdiction;
Flamebox renounces any other legal jurisdiction.
