proteins end up in the water
in the water tank or when
residues of cleaning agents
stay behind in the water tank.

Solution
Descale the water tank. See section

Put more herbs in the Aroma Infuser.
Put herbs with a strong aroma in the
Aroma Infuser. See the food steaming
table in chapter 'Food table and steaming
tips'.
Eat the food right after you have
prepared it.
