If the procedure fails, you can check the Wi-Fi symbol on the thermostat (Fig. 10). The procedure for
this must be completed.
If the symbol contains an 'X', this means the thermostat could not connect. Try the
procedure again, and make sure you are using the correct password. This is the most
common problem.
If the symbol contains a '!', this means the controller is still trying to connect. Check
your Wi-Fi connection for proper operation. After a few minutes, one of the other two
statuses is displayed (online/offline).
If the symbol shows that the thermostat is connected but the app indicates otherwise,
select 'Try again' or restart the app. On the screen shown in fig. 5, select 'CONTINUE'
at the bottom of the screen and manually enter the serial number (Fig. 12). This can be
found in the thermostat under 'CONNECTIVITY' → 'CONNECTIVITY INFO' (Fig 11).
