Step 3:
Place a toothed cross beam(4) over
two oppsite uprights and lower it
down to aligh with the bolts holes
in the uprights.
Secure it in place using two of
the M8 x 40 bolts(7), two M8 flat
washers(8) and two M8 nuts(9).
Note that the base boards should
be positioned opposite each other
so the the clamp bodies are on the
inside of the planks.
Repeat
for
the
remaining
toothed cross beams.

Bulk Log Sawhorse (BLS-3H)
STEP 1:
Load the logs into the H sections so
that the overhangs outside of the H
sections are roughly equal.
Ensure you do not exceed the
maximum total weight of logs
given on page 2.
DO NOT drop the logs onto the H
sections as this may damage them
or the bases. The logs should be
placed onto the H sections.

STEP 2:
Take a log securing chain(6) and
place one loop over each of the
uprights of an H section. Note that
the flat part of the loop to which
the chain is attached should be
angled downwards.
Allow the chain to slide down the
uprights so it rests on the logs.
Repeat for the remaining securing
chains on the other H sections.
