ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Fitting the rear wheels
Screw M10 x 100: 2
Castor wheels 71369: 2
Locking nuts M10: 2
Welded frame K0835: 1
1- Insert the screws from the top into the holes at the ends of the tube as shown in the picture;
2- Place the wheels on the screws as shown in the picture;
3- Mount and tighten the locking nuts on the bolts to fasten the wheels using the 17 mm spanner and
the H8 Allen key.
Fitting the front wheels
Screw M10 x 100: 2
Castor wheels 71369 : 2
Locking nuts M10: 2
Support leg 55580 2
1- Insert the screw from the top into the hole at the end of the tube as shown in the picture;
2- Place the wheels on the screws as shown in the picture;
3- Mount and tighten the locking nut on the bolt to fasten the wheel using the 17 mm spanner and the H8
Allen key.
4- Repeat the previous steps on the second leg.
Mounting the legs on the framework
Mounting the column assembly to the frame
Screw M12 x 90: 4
M12 lock nuts: 4
Column assembly, cylinder, extension: 1
1- Position the Mast assembly on the Frame so that the jack is on the feet side and the angled reinfor-
cement is towards the rear. as shown;
2- Insert the screws by inserting them from above, then fit the locking nuts from the underside of the
framework;
3- Tighten the screws firmly with the two 19mm spanners.
L-pin 101 x 55 - 12mm Diameter: 2
1- Insert the legs into the tubes of the Welded Framework as shown in
the picture, until you reach the first hole;
2- Insert the pins into the holes to secure the legs to the frame, as shown
in the picture..
