2.1 Open hardware for Step 2.
2.2 Insert Handlebars (22) into Handlebar Post (23)
and secure the front with 1 Bolt (1), 1 Spring
Washer (2) and 1 Flat Washer (3). Do not fully
tighten hardware until end of Step 2.
2.3 Secure the sides with 2 Bolts (1), 2 Spring
Washers (2), 2 Flat Washers (3).
2.4 Fully tighten bolts from Steps 2.2 & 2.3.
