1. Secure each support leg to the worktop using three Ø8.4 washers and Ø8×32
woodscrews, using the pre-drilled holes.

For each stabilising plate, install two cage nuts at the head end of the leg in the

1. Insert the cage nuts into the punched recess obliquely from the front.
2. Use a screwdriver to push them back and clip them securely into position.

Does not need to be installed if installing the rear panel or installing the drawer

1. Secure the stabilising plate using two M6×12 hex screws and cage nuts.
2. Secure the stabilising plate to the worktop using two Ø8.4 washers and Ø8×32
wood screws.

Installing the rear panel and storage shelf

When installed as a rear panel, no stabilising plate is necessary.

For each rear panel: At the top end or foot end of each support leg, install two
cage nuts on the inside punched recess.
For each storage shelf: At the lower cross brace of each support leg, install two cage

1. Insert the cage nuts into the punched recess obliquely from the front.
2. Use a screwdriver to push them back and clip them securely into position.

Install the rear panel at the rear of the workbench.

Install the storage shelf in lower cross brace of each support leg.
During installation, leave the punched recesses for the cable ducts clear.
Secure the rear panel/support shelf to each support foot with two M6 hex-head
screws with cage nuts.

REMOVING THE DRAWERS

1. Pull out the drawer.
2. Pull out the locking mechanism and swing it upwards. Remove the drawer.

Applies only to a suspended casing. Fit two cage nuts at the head end of the front
leg into the punched holes on the inside.

8.4.
INSTALLING THE CASING

Two persons working together turn the worktop over and place it on a flat and
clean support surface.
Install the casing on the worktop according to the hole pattern.
1. Remove the drawers (see Removing the drawers) or open the door.
2. Only for casing size 200 to 500: Screw M6×10 mm raised-head self-tapping
screws into the cage nuts in the support leg.
3. Screw the casing to the worktop using four washers and four Ø 8×32 mm hex
screws.
8.5.
INSERTING THE DRAWERS

1. Pull out the pull-out rails and secure them.
2. Insert the drawer and push it in until you sense resistance.
3. Lift the drawer up and push it over the resistance until it is fully inserted on the
rails.
4. Swing the locking mechanism down and push it to the back.
9.
Setting up the workbench
9.1.
SET-UP
ü At least 2 persons must be employed to transport the workbench to the set-up
location.
ü Ensure there is a solid, level floor suitable for the maximum load capacity of the
workbench.
1. Set up the workbench on a level and solid floor.
2. Use a spirit level to check whether the workbench is horizontal and perpendicu-
lar.

Position the workbench in the set-up location.
