4. Insert expansion tubes "C" into the pre-drilled hole, then thread screw "B"
into the two upper holes (screw "B" is equipped with a positional device,
tighten it to the specified position).
5. Pass the self-tapping screw "E" through the hole in the bottom-mounted
bracket "D" and thread it into one of the expansion tubes below. Adjust the
bottom-mounted bracket "D" to a horizontal orientation as show in the
diagram below.
6. Find the mounting holes on the back of the panel and hang it on the two
upper screws "B" on the wall.
7. Slid the device to get the screws into the correct positions as show in the
diagram below.
