1. Any opened packets of frozen food should be rewrapped in airtight
materials to prevent surface evaporation, which can cause drying or
'freezer burn'.
2. Frozen food that has accidentally thawed should either be
consumed immediately or thrown away. Alternatively if the food is
uncooked and not completely defrosted, it can be cooked and then
refrozen.
3. Check the expiration dates on packaging and replace food regu-
larly. Although it is not harmful to store food longer than recom-
mended, flavors and textures will change.

·Normal Operating Sounds
1. The noise of coolant flowing in the pipe is normal.
2. A thermostat controls the compressor and you will hear a "click"
sound as it leaves and enters its position.
·Food Storage
1. To obtain optimum results with your appliance, please do not place
hot food or liquids that may evaporate in the compartment.
2. Avoid buying frozen food if you cannot store it immediately. It is
advisable to use an insulated container. Please place the frozen food
in the freezer right away when arriving home.
3. Keep the time between buying frozen food and placing it in the
freezer as short as possible.
