9. Warranty
Apollo assures that your kayak is made of high quality materials and has been checked with utmost care. Nevertheless, if - provided
proper use, assembly, maintenance, transport and storage - defects occur within the warranty period, please contact our customer
service. Please understand that damage and defects to the kayak caused by wear and tear, improper use, assembly, maintenance,
transport or storage are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty period begins with the date of purchase and is two years. You can find the contact details of our customer service below.
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Damage due to external force and wear;
- Damage due to technical interventions, modifications and defective repairs by persons not authorized by us;
- Damage to the kayak caused by failure to comply with this manual; and
- Defects caused by improper handling or maintenance, neglect or accidents.
Wear and tear and consumable materials are excluded from the warranty.
Device only for private use in the recreational area. No warranty for commercial use!
