Installing the fin
Without the fin mounted, the kayak does not have directional stability and can tip over more easily. Therefore, only use the
kayak with the fin mounted. Mount the fin before each use of the kayak.
Insert the fin into the base.
Kayak paddle assembly
To assemble the paddle, press the push button on the paddle blade and connect it to the paddle shaft. Make sure that the push
button is securely engaged in the hole of the paddle shaft. Connect the two paddle shafts together and attach the second paddle
blade to the other end. Drain any water remaining in the paddle shafts after each use. To disassemble, reverse the procedure used
to assemble the paddles.

4. Repair
Air leak detection
If the kayak is losing air pressure and it is not due to colder outside temperatures, check the kayak for leaks before any further use,
starting with the valves. A leaking valve is rare, but if you find a valve leak, we can send you a replacement valve. To locate a leak,
we recommend mixing soap and water in a spray bottle and spraying around the valve. If you see bubbles forming, check the valve
seat and make sure the valve core is screwed tight. If you continue to have problems, it's probably time to order a new valve. If the
kayak is losing air and the valves are fine, it probably has a small leak. Small punctures can be easily and permanently repaired. If
bubbles form on the outer skin, you can seal the leak with special glue and the material patch provided in the repair kit.
Seal leaks
Not every adhesive is suitable for repairing the kayak. Repairs with unsuitable adhesive can lead to further damage and even leakage.
- Use only special glue for inflatable boats. You can obtain such glue in specialized shops.
- You can seal holes or cracks up to a maximum size of 3mm with adhesive.
Smaller leaks (<3 mm)
Leaks smaller than 3 mm can be repaired with glue alone.
