2. Safety Instructions:
For your own safety, read the instruction manual before using the machine.
1. Make sure what the voltage of the machine is before connect the connector to
the outlet.
2. When the machine is not to be used for a long periods of time , remove the plug from the wall outlet.
3. Never install the power cable in the vicinity of fire and water.
4. The machine must be fixed firmly and securely on a flat concrete floor.
5. The workpiece must be secured with a vise or clamps firmly to the table.
6. Use the recommended coolant (see recommendations in the manual).
7. Feed rate must be within the safe operating zone (see Section 3-3 of the manual).
8. Wear appropriately, do not wear loose clothing such as gloves, neckties, rings and bracelets
during operation. Always wear safety glasses, hat and special clothes.
9. Check that all parts are securely locked in place prior to transport.
10. Wait for the machine regularly (see instructions in the manual).
11. Use a PROMAC industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the chips.
12. Using a lifting device to move the workpiece if the weight exceeds 10 kg .
13. Wear gloves when installing the drilling tools to prevent hand injuries.
14. This machine can be used with the following materials: brass, cast iron, steel, iron, Aluminum.
15. Do not open the belt cover during operation.
16. Do not use damaged or cracked parts.
17. Do not remove the protective cover during operation.
