4. Operating procedures
Caution: Read the instruction manual before operating the machine.
(1) Check the power source
press the start button in order to varify if the motor and the spindle rotate normally.
(2) Speed adjustment
after turning on the power, turn the speed controller from min. to the max.
position. turning the switch to change the speed and the current
speed is shown on the digital display. (only with electronic LCD types)
(3) Adjust the worktable position
first loosen the clamp lever in the left hand side and move the table to the right
position. then, tighten the clamping lever again.
(4) Adjust the height of the work table in the correct position and fasten the screw.
the height of the work table depends on the volume and the height of the workpiece.
if a inclination angle is necessary ,first loosen the screw and then change
the angular orientation based on the scaling of the work table. finally, tighten the
set screw firmly. if a vise is used in a single operation as described above, loosen the
set screw, turn 180 degrees and let the clamp flip to the top. finally, tighten the set screw.
(5) There are two t-slots on the work table. they are intended for fixation of the workpiece.
(6) There are also two slots on the machine base, to fix the longer, heavier and longer
workpieces here.
(7) Attach the workpiece on the worktable ,ensure the workpiece position as close as possible
to the center of the work table.
(8) Ensure that the above points are met safely. then select a suitable tool for use.

(9) Use the belt to adjust the speed if the machine is equipped with a 2-speed motor.
(10) During the operation ,the protective device must locate in proper position. It is
equipped with a micro-switch. If the the protective device is not in the specified location
the machine will disconnected from the power supply.
