5. Troubleshooting:
Warning: Do not begin troubleshooting before turn off the machine and remove the power
plug from the power source .

1. Press the emergency stop button
2. Turn off the machine.
3. Turn the spindle shaft by hand counter clockwise.
disconnect the tool from the workpiece.
4. Clean the chips from the workpiece by
a vacuum cleaner.
5. Turn the machine back on.
6. Perform the operation again at low speed .
make sure that they are running normally
and then return to normal speed.
1. Check if the pump is running.
2. Check if the hose is leaking.
1. Check the belt tension.
2. If the tension is insufficient, tighten the belt tension
as described above, or replace the old belt.
1. Check the power supply and the switch.
2. Check if the power cord is damaged. if the cable is
damaged, replace it with professional person
1. Check the ball bearings inside the spindle.
2. Check the belt tension, if it is too strong, noise is
also generated.
1. Check the condition of the drill chuck.
2. Make sure that the drill is correctly fixed in chuck .
