Troubleshooting
What to do when something doesn't work...
Malfunctions are often caused by minor faults. You
can easily remedy most of these yourself. Please
consult the following table before contacting the ven-
dor. You will save yourself a lot of trouble and possibly
money too.
Cause
No power supply?
Motor overheats due to high liquid
temperature?
Motor overheats due to sealed ven-
tilation slots?
Residual current protection switch
(FI-switch) activated?
Motor defective?
Lack of water?
Intake line leaking?
Suction level too high?
Filter blocked or dirty?
Non-return valve blocked?
Water loss between motor and
pump, shaft sealing leaky?
DANGER! Risk of injury! Before doing any
work on the unit, ensure that the unit and
any connected accessories are without
pressure.
Note: Seals harden over time and can thus
not be used. Check the seal before installa-
tion for damages and replace if necessary.
NOTICE! Risk of damage to the device!
Frost will destroy the unit and the accesso-
