WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for transport damage caused by the purchaser.
This appliance has been manufactured and tested according to the most modern methods. The manufacturer
provides a warranty of 6 months for flawless material and flawless manufacture for commercial use for a period of
24 months, calculated from the date of purchase, irrespective of the legal warranty obligation of the seller / dealer.
The warranty claim expires in case of interventions by the buyer or by third parties.
Damage caused by improper handling or operation, incorrect installation or storage, improper connection,
improper installation, force majeure or other external influences is not covered by the warranty.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective parts or exchange the unit in the event of a complaint.
Only if rectification(s) or exchange of the appliance should finally fail to achieve the use intended by the
manufacturer, the buyer may demand a reduction of the purchase price or cancellation of the purchase contract
under warranty within six months, calculated from the day of purchase.
Claims for damages, also with regard to consequential damages, insofar as they are not based on intent or gross
negligence, are excluded.
In the event of unnecessary or unjustified use of our customer service, we will charge the usual time and travel fee
for our service.
Complaints must be reported immediately after a fault has been detected.
The possible replacement of light bulbs by our customer service technician is not subject to the guarantee guidelines
and will therefore be carried out at a charge. No guarantee is granted for light bulbs under any circumstances.
The warranty claim must be proven by the purchaser by presenting the purchase receipt. The guarantee promise
is valid within the Federal Republic of Germany.
