NOTICE! Risk of damage to the unit!
Make sure that the awning extends hori-
zontally. If this is not the case, adjust the
angle of inclination of the hinged arm.
When loosening the setting screws make
sure that the hinged arms are not under
pressure. Uneven retracting/extending
can result in the deformation of the awn-
ing. The hinged arm should also be read-
justed if the awning clicks or creaks during
the extending or retracting movement.
► P. 8, fig. 20
– Extend the awning by 5 cm.
– Loosen the 2 screws on the mount for the arm, but
do not remove them completely.
– One person supports the hinged arm to ensure
that it is horizontal.
– The other person tightens the loosened screws up
again (alternating between the top and bottom
screws).
Programming the wind sensor
Note: The wind sensor and motor are
programmed in the factory.
► P. 8, fig. 19
To check the programming, proceed as follows:
– Fully extend the awning using the remote control.

and button (14) simultaneously.
– Press button (B) on the wind sensor.
– Press the wind sensor button (A).
Setting the wind sensor
The sensitivity of the wind sensor can be adjusted.
The setting should match the listed wind resistance
class for the awning.
– Rotate the adjustment wheel (C) to the appropri-
ate position.
Cleaning and maintenance
NOTICE! Potential damage to the awn-
ing fabric! Ripples in the vicinity of the
hem, seam and panels is the result of mul-
tiple ply fabric and different wrapping
thickness on the cloth spindle. The
stretching in the material that results may
produce patterns on the fabric.
Ripples from wrapping next to the seam
on the rolled up and unrolled cloth are
caused by double ply material in the vicin-
ity of the stitching.
► Cleaning – p. 9
The awning should be retracted when leaving even
for a short time or if wind is anticipated.
If the awning becomes wet, extend as soon as possi-
ble to allow it to dry. Unsightly spots may appear if wet
awning fabric is rolled up for longer periods of time.
The awning fabric can be cleaned by dry brushing.
Remove persistent dirt and stains with warm soapy
water and a brush. Allow fabric to dry before retract-
ing.
Storage, disposal
Storage
NOTICE! Potential damage to the awn-
ing fabric! Do not expose the awning to
wet weather conditions unnecessarily!
For long-term storage keep the awning in a dry area.
Disposal
Disposing of the device
A crossed-out wheelie bin icon means: Bat-
teries and rechargeable batteries, electrical
or electronic devices must not be disposed of
with household waste. They may contain
substances that are harmful to the environ-
ment and human health.
Consumers must dispose of waste electrical devices,
spent portable batteries and rechargeable batteries
separately from household waste at an official collec-
tion point to ensure that these items are processed
correctly. The product can be returned free of charge
in accordance with the legal requirements, for exam-
ple through a municipal waste disposal company or a
dealer.
Batteries, rechargeable batteries and lamps
that are not permanently installed in waste
electrical equipment and can be removed in
a non-destructive way must be removed and
disposed of separately before disposal of the equip-
ment. Lithium batteries and rechargeable battery
packs of all systems are only to be handed in to the
waste collection points in a discharged state. The bat-
teries must always be protected against short circuits
by taping off the poles.
All end users are responsible for deleting any per-
sonal data stored on waste devices prior to their dis-
posal.
Disposing of the packaging
The packaging consists of cardboard and
marked plastics that can be recycled.
– Take these materials to a recycling cen-
tre.
Troubleshooting
What to do when something doesn't work...
DANGER! Risk of injury! Contact your
local vendor.
NOTICE! Potential damage to the awn-
ing fabric! After multiple uses of the awn-
ing, one or both of the hinged arms may
hang at the wrong angle or unevenly. If
this happens, the hinged arms must be
readjusted.
Note: To ensure trouble-free operation of
the awning, the hinged joints of the hinged
arms should be lubricated at regular inter-
vals using a resin-free and acid-free oil.
