PREPARATION
Add fuel (Fig. 5)
• Do not fill the tank with too much fuel or it will overflow when the tank gets warm.
• After refuelling, make sure to put the cap back in place and tighten it.
• Wipe off any spilled fuel with a clean, soft cloth after refueling.
Note: You must only use unleaded gasoline. Filling the fuel tank with leaded gasoline
can damage the internal parts of the engine.
Add engine oil (Fig. 6)
• The generator is not filled with engine oil from the factory. Do not start the generator without
adding enough engine oil.
Fuel tap
• The fuel tap controls the flow of fuel from the tank to the carburetor.
• Make sure to set the fuel tap to the ''OFF'' position after turning off the generator.
Ground terminal (Fig. 7-8)
• The grounding terminal is connected to the ground wire to prevent electric shock. When the
electrical equipment is grounded, the generator must be grounded.
• The ground terminal is a special terminal used to ground the entire generator.
Fig. 8
AC breaker protector (Fig. 9)
• Overload current can turn off the breaker protector automatically. If the breaker protector closes
automatically, check the load before turning it on again.
GENERATOR USE
• Appropriate temperature: -5°C - 40°C
• Appropriate humidity: below 95%
• Appropriate altitude: below 1000m (lower power should be used in areas above 1000m or contact the supplier to adjust the carburetor)
Connect to a house power supply
Warning: Only specialist electricians should connect the generator as a house power supply.
AC output
• Before starting the generator, ensure that the total power of the connected load will not exceed the rated power of the generator.
Note: • The connection of loads to the generator that exceed its rated power can cause the generator to shut down or significantly shorten its life.
• If several loads are to be connected to the generator set, always remember to first switch on the load with the highest starting current and
finally switch on the load with the lowest starting current.
