STARTING THE GENERATOR
Preparation (Fig. 10)
1) Fill the unit with the appropriate amount of recommended oil and fuel.
2) Connect the positive wire with the positive battery terminal, fasten it with a proper tool and cover the connector
with insulating protective sleeve.
Electric start
1) Remove all loads from the output.
2) Rotate the selector to the "START" position.
Warning: When the gasoline engine starts and is hot, rotate the selector to the "RUN" position.
4) Press the "ON" button.
5) After starting the engine, rotate the selector to the "RUN" position.

To use electrical equipment, AC circuit breaker protector should be placed in the "ON" position.
Warning: Don't turn the generator switch to the electric starting position for more than 5 seconds, otherwise the
starting motor will be damaged. If starting is unsuccessful, wait 10 seconds and try again.
If the speed of the starting motor decreases more after a period of time, it means that the battery should be
charged.
STOPPING THE GENERATOR
1) Turn the ECO switch to the "OFF" position.
2) Turn off the AC breaker.
3) Turn the engine switch to the "OFF" position.
4) Disconnect all electrical equipment.
Note: To stop the generator in an emergency, set the engine switch to the "OFF" position.
MAINTENANCE
In order to keep the unit in good condition, it must be checked and maintained on a regular basis. Follow the table below.

• The engine oil should be replaced every 10 hours if the generator works frequently at high temperatures or loads.
• The air filter element should be cleaned every 10 hours if working frequently in dusty environments. If necessary, replace it every 25 hours.
Warning: • Stop the generator before conducting maintenance work.
• Place the unit in a horizontal position.
• To prevent accidental starting of the engine, remove the spark plug cap from the spark plug.
• Do not use the generator indoors or in places with poor ventilation.
