5.4.
Filter and piston ring maintenance
After 500 hours of operation, clean or replace the air filter and clean the delivery valve. After 5000
hours of operation, replace the piston ring.
5.5.
Annual pressure testing
Perform a pressure test on the tank once a year. Inspect both the inside and outside of the tank to
ensure there are no serious cracks or rust. If the tank fails any of these checks, it must be scrapped.
6. Troubles and remedies
Warning: Before performing any maintenance or troubleshooting, disconnect the power supply and
release all air pressure from the tank to avoid potential danger.
