2.7.
Avoid contact with hot parts
While the machine is running, avoid touching high-temperature parts such as the cylinder cover,
exhaust pipe, and non-return valve to prevent burns.
2.8.
Power cable requirements
For machines with power ≤750W, use a power cable with a cross-sectional area of at least 1 mm². For
machines with power >750W, the cable's cross-sectional area should be at least 2 mm², and the
cable should not be excessively long.
3. Introduction of products
The oil-free air compressor from our company (referred to as "compressor" hereinafter) is
designed to provide pure air with no oil contamination, making it environmentally friendly. It is
widely used in various fields.
This product is outside the scope of REGULATION (EU) 2017/745 for medical devices. It has not
been designed as a medical device.
Additionally, it can be used as a vacuum pump. Its main advantages are as follows:

The motor adopts an advanced design system, ensuring high power, high efficiency, low energy

Environmentally friendly piston ring
The piston ring uses new environmentally friendly materials with a low friction coefficient, enabling
self-lubrication. This eliminates the need for traditional oil-based lubrication, ensuring that no
harmful substances from oil are introduced, thereby preventing secondary pollution of the air supply.
3.3.
Enhanced jacket treatment
The compressor's jacket is treated with an advanced surface hardening technique, reducing its
thickness and accelerating heat transfer. This treatment significantly improves surface density and
wear resistance, reduces friction, and extends the service life while minimizing maintenance time
and costs.
3.4.
High-quality valve pieces
The intake and discharge valve pieces are made from Swedish steel bands, processed through a
critical rolling and grinding process lasting 80 hours. Along with a well-designed silencer, this
enhances volumetric efficiency and reduces noise compared to similar machines.
3.5.
Multiple safety protections
The machine is equipped with multiple pressure and overload protection mechanisms to ensure
stable and reliable operation.

The overall design is practical and mobile, allowing for easy operation and convenient maintenance.
