INSTRUCTIONS (suite)
Remove the PTFE sealing ring (2) from the injector (1) with
the extraction clamp (3).
Use a lint-free cloth only to remove combustion residues
from the cylindrical part of the injector tip (do not use
ultrasound or other tools or agents).
Do not clean the injector tip.
Slide the new PTFE sealing ring (1) onto the mounting cone
(2).
Mount the PTFE sealing ring (1) with mounting cone (2) on
the tip of the injector (3).
Do not use nails to slide the PTFE sealing ring.
Do not use lubricants.
The sealing ring expands when it is threaded in.
Push the PTFE sealing ring into the groove of the injector
(3) using the special tool.
