1.2 Option 2: Set up the SIP clients in TekSIP

Install Kaplansoft's TekSIP software on a panel in the network and launch TekSIP Manager.

Select the "Extensions" tab

Enter a username and password for the panel with YOUVI. Make sure that you only use a
combination of numbers as a username.

In the drop-down menu on the far right, select "Yes" for "Enabled" to activate the account.

Press the plus at the end of the line to create the user.

Proceed in the same way for the door station. Make sure not to use umlauts or special
characters:

In Settings > Service Parameters, place a check mark next to "Use TCP for large UDP
packets"
8.
Check if "Automatic" is selected under Start-up Mode | Logging to start the service at every
restart. This setting can also be seen in the Windows services.
9.
Save the settings with "Save" and "Apply".
