• Cutting work creates sparks. Make sure that there
are no flammable materials in the work area.
Sparks can damage paintwork, glass and other
surfaces. Do not wear clothing made from nylon
or polyester, only suitable barely-flammable work
clothing.
• Do not reach into the work area of the cutting disc.
• Always be aware of the cut depth, as this could
damage the workbench.
• Regularly check before and during use that all
bolts are securely fastened. Regularly check the
stand for any damage. Vibrations can cause the
bolts to come loose during operation. Do not use
the cutting stand if you notice any damage.
• Make sure that the cutting disk of your angle
grinder is mounted vertical to the baseplate.
• Never use the product without the protective
cover.
• The protective cover must be set so that sparks
and particles are prevented from flying towards
the operator.
• Symbols appearing on your product may not be
removed or covered. Signs on the product that
are no longer legible must be replaced immedi-
ately.
Read and observe the instructions for use
before using the product for the first time.
Personal protective equipment
Wear a dust mask when working in a dusty
environment.
Wear protective goggles when working
with the product.
Wear hearing protection when working in a
noisy environment.
Wear protective gloves when working with
the product.
Cover long hair or wear a hair net if neces-
sary.
Assembly

uct may differ from the illustrations.

Assembling the cutting stand
See diagrams at the front of the instructions for
use.
1. Tightly bolt the swivel arm to the baseplate with
hexagonal socket head screws (1) and wash-
ers (2).
2. Fasten the handle (3) to the swivel arm with the
hexagon nut (4).
3. Fasten both brackets (5) to the swivel arm with
locators (6) and hexagonal socket head
screws (7). Initially only tighten the bolts (7) by
hand.
4. Insert the adjusting screws M10 × 70 (8) and
M10 × 48 (9) into the swivel arm together with the
adjusting nuts (10).
5. Insert the bracket (11) into the corresponding
opening in the swivel arm and bolt firmly with the
hexagon screw (12).
6. Place the protective shield (13) onto the bracket
and screw down with nuts (14).
Mounting the angle grinder
See diagrams at the front of the instructions for
use.
– Tightly bolt the baseplate to the workbench using
two suitable bolts.
7. Fasten the angle grinder using suitable fixing
material (15) as illustrated.
A = M10; B = M8; C = M6. Only tighten the screws
by hand.
8. Align the angle grinder vertical to the baseplate
using adjusting screws (8) and (9). Tighten the
counter nuts (16).
9. Check that the cutting disc rotates freely in the
cutting slit.
Loosen the hexagonal socket head screws (1) if
required, slide the swivel arm into the correct
position and re-tighten the hexagonal socket
head screws.
Operation
DANGER! Risk of injury! The user must
have read and understood the instructions
for use of the angle grinder before com-
mencing any work with the product.
DANGER! Risk of injury! Do not remove
the protective cover of the angle grinder.
The product may only be used with the pro-
tective shield correctly set.
DANGER! Risk of injury! Allow the prod-
uct to run idle for a few seconds before com-
mencing work. Replace the abrasive wheel
immediately if it starts to vibrate.
Check before switching on!
Check the safe condition of the product:
– Check whether there are any visible defects.
– Check whether all parts of the product are firmly
attached.
Notes on use
• The workpiece must always be tightly clamped.
• Never apply too much pressure to the product.
• The workpiece becomes very hot when being cut.
Allow it to cool before removing!
DANGER! Risk of injury! Grinding disc
and workpiece become very hot when being
used. Allow the grinding disc and workpiece
to cool before touching.
