TO INSTALL/REMOVE BATTERY
PACKS (Fig. 5)
NOTE: Fully charge the battery pack(s)
before first use.
NOTE: For best performance, we
recommend use of the EGO 56V battery
pack BA2242T/BA2242T-FC (4.0 Ah)
or other EGO 56V battery packs with
higher Ah rating.
WARNING:
battery pack from the product when you are assembling parts, making adjustments,
cleaning, or when not in use. Removing the battery pack will prevent accidental starting
that could cause serious personal injury.
NOTE: When the battery pack attached and the blower is turned on, the battery icon
will illuminate on the LCD screen. The fuel-gauge circle on the LCD screen indicates
the battery charge level.
To Install Battery Pack
1. Align the ribs of the battery pack with the mounting slots in the blower's battery
port.
2. Press the battery pack into the battery port until it snaps into position.
WARNING:
battery pack is secured to the blower before beginning operation. Failure to securely
seat the battery pack could cause the battery pack to fall out, resulting in serious
personal injury.
