b) Before first use
•
Unpack the appliance, remove all paper and plastic. Check that no
pieces of packaging are left inside and outside the appliance.
•
Before you use the deep fryer for the first time, we recommend
that you wipe the inside of the tank, the basket and the outside of
the deep fryer with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry it carefully. This
operation will remove any manufacturing residue.
c) Specific precautions during use
•
Never run your deep fryer without oil or fat. The oil level in the
deep fryer must always be between the "MIN" and "MAX" markers
indicated on the wall of the tank. Never exceed
level as you may be burned by any oil or fat sprays.
•
Make sure that the room is ventilated when using the appliance.
•
Never use the appliance outdoors and always place it in a dry
environment.
•
Place the appliance on a flat surface to prevent it falling.
•
The deep fryer may reach high temperatures when it is used.
The oil may catch fire if it is overheated. Therefore, you must be
extremely careful and not leave the appliance without supervision
for too long.

3/ USING YOUR APPLIANCE
a) Using the deep fryer
This deep fryer enables you to fry quickly and easily all sorts of tasty
dishes, such as chips, doughnuts, spring rolls and so on.
Please follow the instructions listed below one by one to avoid any risks

when using the deep fryer.
•
Open the lid by pressing the lid opening button and take the basket
out of the deep fryer.

Fill the oil tank between the "MIN" and "MAX" levels indicated on
the tank then close the lid again.
•
Plug in the deep fryer. The red on indicator lights up.
•
Turn the temperature setting button clockwise to increase the
temperature. The green "OK" light indicator comes on to let
you know that the appliance is heating up to reach the required

temperature.

Once the required temperature has been reached, the light indicator
goes off.

Caution: do not add your food to the oil until the oil is hot.
•
Place the food in the basket.

Place the basket above the oil (1) then lower it gradually to avoid
any oil splashes.
•
Close the lid (2).
•
Lower the basket handle by pressing the handle unlocking button (3)
•
Leave to cook for the required time. Once the food is fried,
disconnect your deep fryer. Lift the handle and lock it horizontally.
Open the lid and place the basket on the edge of the tank to allow
the oil to run off.
