UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a
malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1)
refer to the included Parts List.
1.
Remove the saddle connection bolt and
saddle from the floor jack to be used
(not included).
2.
Place the cross beam (#1)
perpendicularly across the floor jack
(Fig. 1).
3.
Install the connection bolt (#10) (Fig. 2).
4.
Tighten securely.
5.
Use the floor jack to lift the cross beam,
testing to ensure proper perpendicular
alignment and that cross beam is at 90°
to the floor jack (Fig. 3).
OPERATION
1.
Lower both saddles (#3) completely.
2.
Align each saddle pad (#4) under an approved
lifting point for the load.
3.
Ensure the load is centered, level and
appropriately positioned.
4.
Use the floor jack to raise the cross beam until
the saddle pads are in contact with the load.
5.
Adjust the saddle pads as needed.
6.
Use the floor jack to lift the load smoothly and slowly.
7.
Once the load is at the desired height, position appropriate jack stands
(not included) at the approved lifting points next to the saddle pads.
