37. Maintenance and care
Attention: Before carrying out any work on the power tool, remove the battery from the device.
Sharp cutting teeth ➔Wear protective gloves!
Do not use water or liquid cleaning agents.
- Clean the hand pruning shears after each use with a dry cloth or, in case of heavy
Dirt with a brush.
- Never spray the device with water.
- Keep the contacts of the battery and the device clean and dust-free.
- Remove the chain cover and then use a soft brush to remove
Deposits from the guide bar, saw chain, sprocket and chain cover.
- The saw chain must not sag, but should be in the middle of the saw bar
Allow 2–3 millimeters to be removed from the saw rail.
