Function
Meaning
Cutting
In
through one complete cycle. The cycle consists of 2 phases:
1. Perform cutting operation
2. Return to initial position
After completing a cycle the product stops automatically and the control switch
has to be pressed again to start a new cycle.
You can pause a cycle at any time by releasing the control switch. Pressing the
control switch again resumes the phase in which you released the control switch.
Lock (middle position)
The movable cutting arm is locked and cannot be moved. Select this function
when you are not working with the product.
Reverse
When the control switch is pressed the movable cutting arm opens.
Use this function only if you have to release a threaded rod while a cut is in
progress, for example because the thread of the threaded rod is not correctly
seated in the thread of the cutting edges or the product's overload protection
coupling has tripped.
