11. Storage

• Wind the mains cable on the cable coils on the back of the product. The mains
cable can be clamped in the upper cable coil.
• Insert the accessories in the rear storage area or in the nozzle holders.
• The floor nozzle can be attached to the left and right corner of the rear storage
area.
• Wrap the suction hose around the product and insert it in the suction hose
holder.
• Store the product at a cool, dry location shielded from sunlight.
• It is recommended to store the product in its original packaging.

12. Troubleshooting

Before you undertake measures to eliminate faults, make sure that the device is switched off, the mains
plug is out of the mains socket and the device has completely cooled down.
The product will not switch on.
• Check whether the mains plug is correctly connected. Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet and plug it
back in after 10 seconds.
• Make sure that the outlet is live. Connect another device to the wall outlet. If this appliance also will not switch on,
consult an electrician.
Poor suction power
• Check if the filter is dirty and clean if necessary.
• Check whether the tube, the hose or the nozzles are clogged.
