9. Operation

a) General information
• Install the necessary accessories.
• Make sure that the motor unit is installed properly and secure.
• Connect the mains plug to a standard mains socket.
• Switch the product on (On/Off switch to position I).
• Switch the product off after use (On/Off switch to position O).
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.
The product features a protection against overfilling during wet vacuum cleaning operation. If the maximum
water capacity of the container is reached, a safety valve closes the air inlet of the engine unit. Switch the
product off and empty the container.
b) Integrated socket
You can plug in another electrical device to the integrated socket of the product.
The maximum power consumption of the connected device must not exceed 2000 W.
The protection class IP44 of the integrated socket is ensured only if the connected plug also possesses
protection class IP44.
Indirect control via the integrated socket
The product can be automatically switched on and off by switching a connected device on and off. This function makes
sense, for example, if the product is connected to the dust suction apparatus of a power tool.
• Set the on/off switch to position II.
• The product switches on automatically after 3-5 seconds when the connected device is switched on.
• The product switches off automatically after 5-8 seconds when you switch off the connected device.
In order to be able to use the indirect control, the connected device must have a power consumption of at
least 200 W.
c) Suction power control on the hose grip
You can adjust the suction power with the slide on the bent connecting piece of the suction hose.
• Open the slide to reduce the suction power.
• Close the slide to increase the suction power.
