This product precisely grinds TIG needles to achieve a stable arc, extended electrode life, and improved ignition
characteristics. Each grind also can prolong the overall lifespan of the tungsten electrode.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the device.
Operation
Operation preparation
1.
Ensure the switch is in the OFF position when not in use and before plugging in the tool.
2.
Do not attempt to use attachments beyond the tool's capacity; use only approved accessories from the
dealer or manufacturer.
3.
Before using, inspect for any damaged parts. Check carefully to confirm they will function correctly and
fulfil their purpose.
4.
Examine the alignment and movement of all parts, looking for binding, broken parts, or any issues with
mounting fixtures that may impact proper operation. Any damaged part should be replaced entirely by a
qualified technician.
5.
Do not operate the tool if the switch does not function correctly for turning on and off.
Operation methods
1.
Rotate the main body to align with the angle pointer, adjust the grinding angle to the desired setting, and
tighten the fixed knobs on both sides.
2.
Extend the tungsten needle in a relaxed position, insert it into the 15-screw socket, and secure it by
tightening the screw to set the extension length.
3.
Raise the adjustable handle to its highest position.
4.
Insert the tungsten needle into the sharpening machine and begin grinding. Use the left hand to adjust
the sharpening length by turning the adjustable handle and rotate it circularly with the right hand to set
the sharpening position.
5.
Monitor the polishing progress, and once the desired effect is achieved, remove the tungsten needle.
6.
After grinding, power off the machine, remove the tungsten needle clamp device, turn the locking knob to
release the clamp, then carefully take out the tungsten needle and place it with other processed needles.
7.
Rotate the bottom movable seal to clean up any grinding debris.
IMPORTANT!
Ensure the machine is turned off during this step.
