SOLUTION
A. Connect the unit to the mains.
B. Place the safety strap in the correct location.
Adjust the belt tension.

Position the safety sensor in the correct place on the console.
Check the connections between the console and the disk drive. If
the connectors or wiring are damaged, replace them.
Check that the mains supply is according to specifications. Check
the drive unit and motor connections, if damaged, replace them.
Check all connections, if the motor or control unit is damaged,
replace it.

Check that the mains power supply is in accordance with the
specifications. Make sure the treadmill is not snagged or unable to
rotate because of an obstruction. Check all connections. Check
the motor or control for short-circuit faults (usually indicated by a
burning smell) and replace parts as necessary.
