Care and maintenance
o Cleaning
The exterior of the device should be cleaned regularly. Lenses must be cleaned for optimum brightness. If the device
is installed in a dusty or smoky environment, this regular maintenance is very important. Unplug the device before
servicing!
Use a clean, dry cloth.
o Maintenance

Always unplug the unit before servicing or performing any maintenance.
Here are a few suggestions if you're having problems with your device.
The device does not work at all.
o Check power cord and fuse.
o Make sure your outlet is properly powered.
The device does not respond to DMX commands, or does so incorrectly.
o Check your DMX cables
o Check your DMX addressing
o Try another DMX controller
o Check that your DMX cables do not run close to high-voltage cables, which could cause interference.
