Installation
o Hook
This Evolite slave floodlight must be installed using sturdy hooks of the correct size for the weight carried. The
fixture must be screwed to the hooks and properly tightened to prevent it from falling due to vibrations
produced by the machine during operation. The hook must be secured with a safety sling. Make sure that the
structure (or attachment point) can support at least 10X the weight of the device being attached.
The device must be installed by a qualified person and kept out of public reach.
Secure the fixture with a safety sling approved for the fixture's weight.
o DMX connection
We strongly recommend the use of high-quality DMX cables. Use shielded twisted cable.
o Mains cable connection
Earth must always be connected. Power cables must be approved and conform to the IEC Standard.
