Assembly instructions
Preparing the tabletop
Step 1: Lay protective matting / sheet on floor or work surface
to protect the tabletop surface.
Step 2: Carefully place tabletop down on work surface with
the decorative laminate facing down and brown surface facing up.
Assembling your table
Step 1: Place the table leg housing ( I ) on a flat surface, and insert leg ( K )
into the table leg housing. Fasten table leg housing to table leg
using 4 x bolts ( B ) starting with the two holes closest to the back
of the bracket. Repeat for second and third columns.
Step 2: Align the table leg housings to the pilot holes on your tabletop.
Secure table leg housings in place using screws ( C ) – 8 per leg
housing. If you are retrofitting your frame to a tabletop without
pilot holes, jump to Step 2b for instructions and tips.

Retrofitting onto existing work surface
Step 2b: Different shapes of work surfaces
120º wing shaped table
• Position left and right legs at both ends of the
work surface, centered front to back, 0.5"- 1"
in from the edge.
• Center leg should be positioned so that the ends of
the leg housing bracket are 0.5- 1" from the back edges.
• C ontrol Box should be positioned near the center of the
work surface, but can be placed elsewhere if needed.
L-shaped table
• Position left and right end legs at both ends of
the work surface, centered front to back, 0.5"- 1"
in from the edge.
First
• P osition center leg in line with either left or right leg,
0.5"- 1" from the edge.
• C ontrol Box should be positioned near the center of the
work surface, but can be placed elsewhere if needed.
Second
Boat-shaped meeting table
• P osition double legs on wide end of work surface so
they are at least 33" wide with feet positioned length-wise.
• P osition single leg on thin end of work surface
with foot positioned width-wise.
• P osition legs no more that 20" from any edge,
2 0" is the maximum allowable overhang.
Rectangular-shaped meeting table
• P osition all three legs on work surface,
centered front to back.
• C enter foot should be centered left to right,
and outer legs should be evenly spaced.
• P osition outer legs 0.5"- 20" from table ends,
20" is the maximum allowable overhang.
General notes:
• With large odd size table tops, make sure the surface is fully supported and the legs
are evenly distributed.
• If placing legs more than 36" apart, the table top should be supported with an UTSUP.
• Larger tables may require extra extension cables. Consult an ergoCentric representative.
• If you are not sure how best to retro fit your table, contact an ergoCentric representative
for further assistance.
