INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients:
Minced meat
Minced mushroom
Butter
Salt ,pepper
Method:
Mix minced meat with minced mushroom, butter,
salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl.
Pour 30 ml water on the keep moist plate.
Put the microwave-safe bowl on the keep moist plate and
cover.
Choose the menu and weight, press start to cook.
After cooking, stand for 3 minutes.
Ingredients:
Egg
- 4 pieces
Milk
- 4 tablespoons
Flour
- 1 tablespoon
Butter (for pan lubrication)
Wooden sticks
- 2 pieces
Greenery : dill, parsley, leek
Salt and pepper to taste.
Filling(Optional) :
Ham or sausage - 2 slices
Cheese
- 2 slices
Method:
Whisk egg and cut dill, parsley and leek. In a bowl, mix
egg with greenery, milk, flour. Lubricate the
microwave-safe dish with butter, pour the mixture on.
Pour 30 ml water on the keep moist plate.
Put the microwave-safe dish on the keep moist plate and
cover. Choose the menu, press start to cook.
After cooking, stand for 3 minutes.
Optional :
Divide omelet into two parts. Put a slice of ham(or sausage)
and cheese on each omelet piece, roll omelet out on the
microwave-safe dish. Pour 30 ml water on the keep moist
plate. Put the microwave-safe dish on the keep moist plate
and cover. Cook at microwave 100 % power for 1 minute
or until or until cheese melted.

Filling:
Chopped nuts( peanut or almond or walnut)
Method:
Remove core from an apple. Cut into small piece and mix
with honey, chopped nuts. Put apple on a microwave-safe
dish. Pour 30 ml water on the keep moist plate. Put the
microwave-safe dish on the keep moist plate and cover.
Choose the menu, press start to cook. After cooking,
