IV. Function description
Microcomputer control system (MCU): During the cutting process, the system automatically
monitors pressure to provide dual safety protection. After the cutting is complete, it resets and
stops the motor automatically.
Automatic reset function: The automatic unloading hydraulic device returns the piston to its
original position after the cutting process is completed
Manual reset function: If an error occurs during the cutting process, the piston can be manually
reset to its original position.
Micro dual-stage hydraulic system: During the low-pressure crimping phase, the piston (lower
mold seat) advances quickly. When the mold contacts the terminal, the piston slows for precise
crimping.
350° free rotation clamp head: The clamp head rotates freely, allowing for a wide range of
application angles.
Error and low battery indicator: When the power is on and there is a low battery or a crimping
error, the system emits an audible alert and flashes a red LED signal
Ergonomic design: The tool is compact and ergonomically designed with an anti-slip rubber grip
and an optimized center of gravity, ensuring easy and comfortable operation
High-performance lithium-ion battery: This battery provides a reliable power source with no
memory effect, ensuring consistent performance. Its ultra-low power consumption design allows
for up to six months of standby time. Additionally, it includes over-discharge protection to
extend battery life.
Temperature sensor: Continuous operation can cause the tool to generate heat. When the
temperature exceeds 60°C, the tool will automatically stop and display an error alert to prevent
overheating and potential damage. The tool will resume functioning only after the temperature
decreases to a safe level.
