abuse or misuse of this product may result in serious

Avoid contact with hazards, including, but not limited to,
heat, chemicals, electricity, and sharp or abrasive edges
and surfaces. NEVER make incompatible connections.
PFAS equipment must be selected and deemed
compatible with Concrete Anchor Strap by a
Competent Person.

100-420 lb (45-191 kg)
Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS): 5,000 lb (22,2 kN)
Minimum Service Temperature: -300 F (-340 C)
Materials: polyester, nylon, and galvanized steel
MAXIMUM 1 CONNECTION PER ANCHOR
CONCRETE MUST BE CURED PRIOR TO USE

Inspection Grid
User must inspect prior to EACH use. Competent
Person must complete formal inspection every
12 months.
Competent Person to inspect and initial.
Product lifetime is indefinite provided
equipment passes all pre-use and Competent
Person inspections.
If equipment fails inspection,
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE FROM SERVICE
