TO USE
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
Refer to the COOKING CHART in this booklet for food tips and ideas.
1.
Place the appliance on a stable and even surface.
WARNING: DO NOT place the item on temperature sensitive surfaces.
NOTE: ALWAYS make sure the compact deep fryer is unplugged before filling the REMOVABLE
NON-STICK CERAMIC COATED BOWL.

Open the LID by pressing the release button.
3.
Press release button on the FRYING BASKET FOLDABLE COOL-TOUCH HANDLE and raise the
handle. Ensure the handle is in locking position.
4.
Remove the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET from the REMOVABLE NON-STICK CERAMIC
COATED BOWL.
5.
Fill the REMOVABLE NON-STICK CERAMIC COATED BOWL with oil.
WARNING: NEVER fill the REMOVABLE NON-STICK CERAMIC COATED BOWL above the
maximum line or below the minimum line.
6.
Place the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET back into the REMOVABLE NON-STICK CERAMIC
COATED BOWL.
7.
Close the LID.
8.
Connect the magnetic end of the detachable power cord into the connector on the base, then
connect the other end to a wall outlet.
NOTE: Ensure VARIABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL is turned counterclockwise to MIN position.
CAUTION: DO NOT connect the power plug to the outlet if the REMOVABLE NON-STICK
CERAMIC COATED BOWL is empty.
9.
Turn the VARIABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL to desired temperature. The red indicator light is
ON to indicate that the heating has begun.
WARNING: Due to the initial heating of the materials used in the manufacturing of the
appliance, some light smoke/vapors may be released when used initially. This is normal.

When the set temperature has been reached, the READY green light will illuminate. Open
the LID by pressing the release button, lift the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET and hang on
the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET onto the edge of the REMOVABLE NON-STICK CERAMIC
COATED BOWL (See image). Place the ingredient into the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET and
gently immerse the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET into oil.
NOTE: Check the cooking process through the viewing window located on the LID.
11.
When cooking is done, open the lid of the appliance by pressing the release button, carefully
lift the REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET and hang onto the edge of the appliance using the
REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET.
NOTE: Check if the fried food is ready. If the fried food is not ready yet, simply lower the
REMOVABLE FRYING BASKET back into oil for a few extra minutes.

12.
Turn the temperature control to MIN, place the button at off position
and unplug from the power outlet when deep-frying is complete.
13.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, then from the appliance.
14.
Close the LID and allow the appliance to cool completely before
cleaning and storing it.
