The product is designed to ensure fresh ingredients are readily available for quick preparation. It is ideal for use
in restaurants, hotels, salad bars, and food shops such as kebab and falafel establishments.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the device.
Installation
Installation instructions
1. Unpack the appliance, ensuring that all protective plastic film and coatings are fully removed from all
surfaces. To prevent injury or damage, two people should handle the unpacking and setup of the appliance.
2. Maintain at least 20 cm (7 inches) of clearance between the appliance and nearby walls or objects for
proper ventilation. Increase this distance if the object is a heat source.
3. Level the appliance by adjusting the screw feet. It should be placed on a stable, level surface to minimize
vibration and noise.
4. The temperature where the appliance is located should be between 10°C and 32°C. Avoid placing it in
direct sunlight or near heat sources such as ovens or radiators.
5. Ensure the appliance is properly ventilated.
6. Verify that the power supply and voltage at the installation site match the details on the rating label. The
plug must remain accessible after installation.
7. Correctly connect and disconnect the plug. Ensure the plug is securely inserted. When unplugging, hold the
plug itself. Never pull the cord directly.
8. If the appliance will be unused for an extended period, switch it off, disconnect it from the power source,
clean it, and leave the door or lid open to prevent odours.
9. Important: For your safety, the appliance must be properly grounded.
The appliance is equipped with a grounding wire and plug, which must be connected to a properly
grounded outlet. If you are unsure about the grounding, consult a qualified electrician or service centre.
10. If the power cord does not reach the nearest socket, either rearrange your setup or have a qualified
electrician install a new socket.
11. After a power outage, wait at least 3 minutes before restarting the appliance to avoid damaging the
compressor.
12. When storing food, each shelf should hold no more than 88 lbs (40 kg), and items should not extend over
the front or rear edges of the shelf.
Fit The Shelves/Drawers
1.
Install a set of shelf guides on each side of the cabinet at the desired height.
2.
Slide the shelf or drawer into position.
3.
Repeat the process for the remaining shelves or drawers.
NOTICE!
If the unit has been stored or transported in a non-upright position, allow it to stand upright for
approximately 12 hours before operating.
Before the first use, clean the shelves and interior with soapy water.
