Connect the unit to the power source and advance the piston two or three times.
Unplug the unit, remove the oil plug, top up the oil level if necessary, and replace the plug.
5. Final Check: Follow the oil level check procedure to ensure proper levels.
NOTE Dispose of hydraulic oil in accordance with local regulations. Do not pour into seas,
rivers, lakes, or drains.
Bolt Tightness
Check all bolt tightness once a week or after every 500 cuts, especially those securing the housing to the
cylinder. Loose bolts can result in a loss of power.
Carbon Brushes
Inspect the two carbon brushes at least once every two months (normal brush life is approximately 200 hours).
CAUTION Worn brushes can result in power loss, cause the motor to run hot, and
irreparably damage the armature's commutator.
1. Disconnect the Unit from the power source.
2. Remove Brush Caps: Unscrew both brush caps and pull out the carbon brushes.
3. Replace Brushes if they are less than 6 mm in length.
Disposing of Used Devices
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used to
construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By choosing to recycle you are making a
significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
