1. Remove the document shredder from the packaging.
2. Make sure the delivery is complete.
3. Check the document shredder or individual parts for damage. If so, do not use
the document shredder.
Contact the manufacturer using the service address.
Assembly
CAUTION !
Improper use of the document shredder can cause injury.
− Do not plug the document shredder into an electrical outlet during assembly.
− The main unit of the document shredder contains sharp edges. Be very careful
when mounting the document shredder.
1. Place the base station
2. Mount the wheels
the left of the base station. Push the wheels down into the holes in the base
station until they click into place (see fi g. A).
3. Turn the base station over once the wheels are mounted.
4. Mount the main unit
it clicks into place (see fi g. B).
Warning ! Please note that mounting the main unit may require some
eff ort. !
5. Fit the CD container
6. Push the paper / credit card container into the base station (see fi g. D).
You must push the paper / credit card container fully into the base station until
you hear a click. This indicates that the safety switch for normal operation has been
deactivated.
You have successfully mounted the document shredder. Please note that the main
unit is not suitable for disassembly!
