Check that the mobile device has Qi wireless
charging technology.
Check that the mobile device is aligned over the

Check that no foreign object is blocking the
charging.
Remove the protective cover of the mobile device if
necessary.
˜ Storage when not in use
Store the product in a dry interior, away from direct
sunlight, preferably in its original packaging.
