VII. Electronic Functions Troubleshooting
In the event of the following abnormal functions during use, please charge the helmet according to the charging
duration in the User Guide for each model(the helmet can be reset during charging). If the problems persists, please
contact the after- sales service center. (After-sales email: user@livall.com)
Malfunction Examples:
1.Unable to charge or turn on normally .
2.Abnormal or non-functional lights and other features when turned on.
3.The helmets shuts down unexpectedly after a short period of use.
