Also connect the phone with which you are going to carry out the
installation, to the 2.4Ghz WiFi network. to which you want to link
the device.
Note: If your router's Wi-Fi network is dual (2.4 and 5 Ghz), or if it
uses Wi-Fi 6 technology, it is possible that its 2.4 Ghz connection
is disabled, or converges with the 5 Ghz frequency, preventing
connection or causing intermittent and random disconnections to
2.4 Ghz devices.

hibits abnormal behavior, contact our Technical Assistance
Service so we can help you solve it.
Once connected to the 2.4ghz wifi and with bluetooth activated,
Open Energeeks 3.0 and follow the following steps:
•
Connect the control panel to the power and wait a few seconds
for it to start, then press and hold the "pair" button for approxi-
mately 5 seconds, until the red LED indicator begins to flash
rapidly.

In the app, tap the "+" in the upper right corner and select "add
device."
•
The app will detect the thermostat device automatically, then
press the red "add" button and follow the instructions in the
app.
