Long pipe
When cutting threads on long pipes, use a pipe
support both to ensure that the pipe does not vibrate
due to warping as it rotates, and to ensure that the
machine does not become unstable due to the weight
of the pipe.
If you do not use a pipe support, it may prove difficult
to produce proper threads, or the machine may be
damaged, resulting in accident or injury.

Power supply
Before using the machine, check the voltage on the
nameplate.
Use only an AC power supply and always ground the
machine before use. If an extension cord is used, it
must be as short as possible and of sufficient capacity
for the power supplied.
Before connecting the plug to the power supply,
ensure that the machine is turned OFF to prevent
abrupt movements that could result in injury or
accidents.
