• Clean the air intake filter every 300 hours of operation. Perform cleaning more frequently if
the environment is dusty.
• Turn the filter counterclockwise and remove it from the compressor. Remove the filter nut so
you can open the housing. Use compressed air (approx. 3 bar) to blow debris from the filter.
Assemble and install the intake filter after cleaning.

6.4- Storage
• Clean the product before storage.
• Keep the product, instruction manual and accessories (if any) in the original packaging.
• Store the product in a clean environment, where is not freezing or too hot (exceed 50 ̊ C ).
• Keep out of reach of children (e.g., lock it up).
6.5- Disposal
• Do not dispose with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment.
• Dispose of the product in a collection centre for waste of electrical and electronic
equipment, or a waste drop-off centre; or seek advice from your local municipality.
• Take the used engine oil and condensation water to your local recycling centre or collection
centre, or ask your municipality for information.
• Proceed with disposal of the tool, accessories and packaging according to local regulations
regarding the protection of the environment.

Recommended solutions
1. Check the power cable, plug and mains
supply.
2. If extension cable is used, make sure it
is unwound and the thickness of the wire
is sufficient.
3. Never operate the compressor in
ambient temperature below +5 °C.
4. Allow the motor to cool down before
restart.
1. Hand tighten the screw and check the
air tightness again. Replace the screw at
service centre, if necessary.
2. Check the seals for leaks. Replace the
seals at service centre, if necessary.
1. Check the hoses and connections for
leaks. Replace, if necessary.
2. Check the quick-lock coupling for
leaks. Replace the part at service centre,
if necessary.
3. Check the pressure gauge (6) and
adjust the output pressure with regulator
(7), make sure the pressure meets the
requirement of the accessory.
