SAFE OPERATION
Familiarize yourself with the power tool
It is important that you read and understand the instruction manual and any labels on the power tool.
Learn the applications of the tool as well as its limitations and potential hazards associated its use.
Work environment
Do not expose the power tool to rain or use in wet conditions. Keep the work area well lit. Do not use
power tools in areas where there is a risk of explosion or fire from flammable materials, paints,
varnishes, gasoline, etc.
Electrical safety
Avoid contact of the body with a grounded or earthed surface (e.g. pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators).
Beware of children and pets
Children and pets should be kept out of the workplace. Children must not be allowed to touch or
operate machinery or touch extension cords. All power tools should be kept out of the reach of
children, preferably stored or locked in a secure cabinet or room when not in use.

Footwear
Where there is a risk of injury due to heavy objects falling on the user's feet or a risk of slipping
