To remove the bit (Fig . 8d)
Pull the sleeve of the collet forward, pull the bit from the collet, and then release the sleeve.

Removable Belt Clip (Fig. 9)
Your tool is shipped with a removable belt clip
that can be positioned on either side of the tool
for convenient transportation.
To install the belt clip onto the tool:
a. Remove the battery pack from the tool.
b. Align the rib and the hole of the belt clip with
the slot and the threaded hole on the base of
the tool, respectively.
c. Insert the screw and securely tighten the
screw with a Phillips screwdriver (not
included).
To remove the belt clip from the tool:
a. Remove the battery pack from the tool.
b. Use a Phillips screwdriver (not included) to loosen the screw that attaches the belt clip to the
tool.
c. Remove the screw and the belt clip. Keep them in a safe place for future use.
